Anti Anxiety Drink Recipe

This is the natural anti anxiety recipe I have found to help calm me down during times of high stress and anxiety, and mid panic attack.

Recipe:

2 Chamomile tea bags

1/2 tsp – 1 tsp Natural Calm Magnesium Supplement


8-12 ounces Hot Water

Steep for 5 minutes, and enjoy.
